成本分析成本核算標準成本中英文書面與口語溝通能力較高財務/審計/稅務
RESPONSIBILITIES 崗位職責:
As a member of BU finance team with focus on cost efficiency and margin expansion, he/she will take good care of the following key responsibilities but not limited to:
作為財務團隊的一員將專注于成本效率及利潤率擴張,主要職責包括但不限于如下:
1、In charge of the factory cost accounting processes, collaborate with related stakeholders eg. FSSC, supply chain, production, warehouse etc., to ensure each month-end closing to be done in a timely and accurately manner.
負責工廠成本核算流程,與相關部門合作,例如。FSSC、供應鏈、生產、倉庫等,以確保及時準確地完成每個月末的結算。
2、Provide various financial reports on a monthly basis, including DM/DL/VPC/FPC/Margin analysis to MD/FD.
每月向總經理和財務總監提供各類財務報表,例如DM/DL/VPC/FPC/利潤分析。
3、Responsible for monitoring plant finance process operations such as production, procurement, logistics etc.
負責監控工廠的財務流程相關運營,如生產、采購、物流等。
4、Conduct cost forecasting, control, accounting, analysis, and assessment to support the achievement of the factory's operation targets.
進行成本預測、控制、會計、分析和評估,以實現工廠運營目標。
5、New product quotation, new product development project management, pre production cost / margin simulation.
新產品定價、新產品項目管理,預生產成本/利潤測算。
6、Deeply involved in various cost saving projects, to drive continuous improvement across different departments including R&D, production, sourcing, quality and logistics.
深入參與各種成本節約項目,推動研發、生產、采購、質量和物流等不同部門的持續改進。
7、Support new ERP system go live.
支持新ERP系統上線。
QUOLIFICATIONS 任職要求:
1、Bachelor degree major in Finance or accounting;
金融或會計專業本科;
2、Proficient in standard costing methods;
精通標準成本核算方法;
3、3+ years supply chain finance, costing and FP&A finance experience in manufacturing industry is a must;
必須有3年以上的制造業供應鏈財務、成本核算和 FP&A 財務經驗;
4、Excellent written and verbal communications skills, fluent English, oral English as daily working language is a must;
具備優秀的中英文書面與口語溝通能力,英語流利,并能將英語作為日常工作語言;
5、Manufacturing ERP system implementation experience is preferred;
有制造業ERP系統實施經驗者優先;
6、Microsoft AX/D365 system experience is preferred;
有 Microsoft AX/D365 系統經驗者優先;
7、Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills;
精通 Microsoft Excel 和 PowerPoint 的高級應用;
8、Ability to communicate with all levels of management across a broad range of functional disciplines, internally and externally;
