Qualifications Basic Requirements: ?MSc degree in Plant Breeding or Genetics with at least 2 years’ experience designing and conducting field-oriented breeding experiments or TI related works; or MSc in Agronomy or related fields, with at least 3 years’ plant breeding or TI work experience; or Bachelor in Agronomy related fields with at least 5 years’ breeding, TI related work experience. ?Excellent knowledge of plant genetics and plant breeding with preference towards row crops. ?Good knowledge of plant genome, molecular genetics, and marker assisted breeding. ?Able to collaborate with other colleagues effectively. ?Excellent comprehension of experimental design and implementation of field trials; ability to do data analysis and summarization. ?Greenhouse management experience is a plus. ?Excellent interpersonal and networking skills. ?Good English communication skills. ?Flexibility for frequent travel. In this role, travel may average 30% but can be up to 75% in busier months.
