Brief Introduction職位簡介 · Grasp the opportunities to maximize sales revenue for Ascott. 把握機遇為雅詩閣創造最大銷售收益。 Major Responsibility主要工作職責 · Responsible for market development to increase and retain customers. 負責市場開發，增加并保留客源。 · Establish and maintain good customer relationships to increase sales revenue. 建立并維護良好的客戶關系以增加銷售額。 · Complete the entire sales process, including sales tracking, scene investigation, price negotiations, contract preparation and signing. 完成全程的銷售流程，包括銷售跟蹤，現場勘查，價格談判，合約準備與簽訂。 · Serve customers, understand their needs and try to satisfy their requirements. 服務客戶，了解需求并盡量滿足客戶的要求。 · Create and participate in various sales events to enhance customer relationships. 設計并參與各項銷售活動來增強客戶的關系。 · Prepare and analyze sales reports. 準備，分析銷售報表。 Requirements資質需求 · College degree or above, fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing English abilities. 大學?？埔陨蠈W歷，流利的英文聽、說、讀、寫能力。 · More than 2 years hotel / service apartment sales experience. 2年以上酒店/服務公寓銷售工作經驗。 · Good interpersonal communication skills to effectively carry out internal / external communications. 良好的人際溝通能力，能有效地進行內/外部溝通。 · Strong team spirit, organization and planning capabilities. 較強的團隊協作精神、組織及策劃能力。 · Familiar with EXCEL, WORD, ERP (ORACLE) System. 熟悉EXCEL, WORD, ERP(ORACLE)系統。 · Full of enthusiasm, can work under pressure. 富有工作熱情，能承受工作壓力 。 工作地點：徐匯區
