Responsibilities 工作職責： 1. According to market forecast, sales data and production volume, conduct data analysis and develop plant planning master plan & strategies. Be able to keep good communication with customers and focus on meeting customer requirements. (根據市場預測，銷售數據和生產量，去分析和完善工廠生產計劃和制定戰略方針，能夠很好的和客戶溝通 盡可能的滿足客戶要求。) 2. Have the capability to leverage customer demand and plant production capacity, and optimize production plan. 有能力協調客戶需求與工廠生產產能，并且優化生產計劃； 3. Control the plant overall inventory and conduct inventory analysis. Be familiar with MRP process and need work out effective purchasing plan via MRP process. 控制工廠庫存，分析庫存，處理庫存 熟練MRP流程， 制定出高效的采購需求 ； 4. Perform annual budget related to long term planning, purchasing planning and inventory planning. 根據全年的預算制定出長期的采購、計劃和庫存計劃； 5. Project transfer associated material activities. 項目轉移相關的物料事宜； 6. Will be the team supervisor of Planning function, assist planning manager to accomplish any tasks as required efficiently 有效完成計劃主管指派的各項任務。 Qualifications 任職資格： 1. College or above 大專及以上學歷 2. Minimum 2 years MPS experience 至少2年的生產和物料計劃經驗； 3. CET-4 大學英語四級； 4. Project management 具備一定項目管理經驗； 5. Be of Accountability 較強的責任心。
