Sales Assistant 銷售助理
Main Responsibilities:
- High level support to sales team.
- Prepare diagrams, quotations, and change orders.
- Assist in preparing proposals.
- Manage and maintain Netsuite system, and relevant sales database.
- Coordinate with Finance and Purchasing Department about Payment and Product issues.
- Coordinate with System Department about troubleshooting and clients complain.
- Keep learning the standard products and systems, modern security concepts and products available in the world market.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree.
- 1-2 years work experience as sales assistant.
- AutoCAD diagram drawing.
- Familiar with Network, word, office, PPT, etc.
- Good English (oral and writing)
- Good Coordinating ability.

職位要求:
- 本科學歷。
- 1-2年銷售助理工作經驗。
- 會使用AutoCAD 制圖或愿意學。
- 良好的溝通、協調能力。
- 英文四級。
