崗位職責:
Responsibilities:
1. To develop and maintain the local customers in shanghai, proatively collect project information, understand the customer needs and provide solutions;
負責開發和維護上海區域內的Local客戶,發現并收集項目信息,了解客戶需求并提供解決方案
2. To deefine sales strategy, profit margin, market share increase with the manager;
同銷售經理一起制定銷售策略,利潤,市場份額等
3. To develop sales agent/distributor and manage the channel partners;
開發管理必要的代理商和分銷商
4. Sell SAMSON products via channel or directly to customers ;
通過直銷或渠道方式銷售薩姆森產品
Qualifications:
任職資格
1. 1-3 years working sales experience in Chemistry field; good knowledge on valve products;
1-3年以上化工行業閥門銷售經驗, 良好的閥門產品知識。
2. Bachelor's degree major in chemical / mechanical engineering;
學士或以上學歷,機械或化工類專業
3. Fluent in written and spoken English;
英語讀寫聽說流利
4. Good interpersonal communication skill;
良好的溝通能力
5. Experienced in large project sales; ability to follow up and keep daily contact as well as business negotiation;
具備大項目銷售經驗,諸如項目跟蹤,日常接觸,談判能力
